...Una cosa che ci contraddistingue dagli altri credo sia, davvero, la determinazione. Perché essendo le comunità molto piccole – parliamo di numeri intorno ai 300 abitanti –, per noi qualsiasi azione diventa un sacrificio, quindi o c'è determinazione e passione oppure non si va avanti. …Penso sia questa la caratteristica che distingue Baradili dagli altri paesi. Aver perseguito determinate strade, essere riusciti a realizzare progetti e sogni è dovuto solo alla determinazione e alla passione che i miei concittadini hanno dimostrato di avere e di mantenere nel tempo.

...One thing that makes us stand out from the rest, I think, is really our determination. Because, with the communities being very small – we’re talking about numbers of around 300 inhabitants –, any action becomes a sacrifice for us, so either we’re determined and passionate about it or we can’t carry on. …I think this is the characteristic that sets Baradili apart from other villages. We have pursued certain courses of action and successfully created projects and dreams, and this is due only to the determination and the passion which my fellow-citizens have shown they possess and have maintained over time.
